Tina’s Place is conveniently located in Peace Valley Capitol, Cebu City.

It is very peaceful, quiet and 100% safe.

Air is very fresh indeed!

All conveniences are just around the corner.

​The place is in route with the public transportation; once you go out of the house you can take a ride straight towards downtown

​Cebu Doctors Hospital is just a 5 minute ride and the place is near several restaurants and commercial establishments.

Duration:

40 minutes      from airport to Tina’s Place

7 minutes              to Fuente Circle

10-15 minutes      to downtown Cebu

10 minutes            to IT Park

15 minutes             to Ayala Cebu

20-25 minutes      to SM City Cebu

The people surrounding the vicinity are mostly foreigners. The one’s in the house is a family that care all about making new friends / travellers and assisting them in any way during their stay in Cebu so that it will be as meaningful as possible.

Bistari suites
Located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. If you’re in a group i suggest you stay here since it’s more affordable and transportation very convenient. The rooms are very big and it comes with a living. At walking distance contains a mall and the Putra World trade Center where all the exhibits are held in KL. It is also only a few trides away from the Petronas Towers through MRT.

The Creative Corner

I stumbled upon a store at the third floor of J Centre Mall (JMall) in AS Fortuna Mandaue. The store name is called Creative Corner

The stuff here are really creative! although these kinds of stores are common in other countries, it is the first time I’ve seen a store like this here in Cebu.
